1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TurnAnime ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is developed and operated by Elysium Technology FZ-LLC ("we", "us", "our"), registered in RAKEZ, United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Service

TurnAnime is an AI-powered photo transformation app that converts photos into various anime art styles. The App offers a free tier (one transformation) and paid subscriptions and credit packs for additional transformations at various resolutions.

3. Subscriptions and Credits

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time credit pack purchases through the Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Credits are non-refundable, do not expire, and are tied to your device.
• Credit costs vary by output resolution: 1 credit (1K), 2 credits (2K), 3 credits (4K).

4. User Content

You retain all rights to photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your photo solely for the purpose of generating the transformation. We do not store, share, or use your photos for any other purpose.

You agree not to upload content that:

• You do not have the right to use
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Depicts minors in any inappropriate context
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights

5. AI-Generated Output

The transformed images are generated by AI and may not perfectly represent the original photo. Results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. You are free to use the generated images for personal and commercial purposes, but you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users using similar inputs.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, subscription requirements, or security measures
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Resell or redistribute the App or its outputs as a competing service

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Elysium Technology FZ-LLC. The anime style names and transformations are provided as creative tools and do not claim affiliation with any specific anime franchise or studio.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. AI-generated outputs may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elysium Technology FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for Terms violations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
