1. Introduction

TurnAnime ("the App") is developed and operated by Elysium Technology FZ-LLC ("we", "us", "our"), registered in RAKEZ, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

Photos you provide: When you use the App to transform a photo, the image is sent to our servers for processing. We do not store your photos after the transformation is complete. Images are processed in memory and discarded immediately after the result is returned to your device.

Purchase information: Subscription and credit purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive a transaction receipt but do not have access to your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.).

Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app opens, feature usage, and crash reports. This data does not identify you personally.

Device information: We may collect basic device information (device model, OS version) for crash reporting and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process your photo transformations
• To manage your subscription and credit balance
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To understand how features are used (anonymized analytics)

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google (Nano Banana 2) for AI image generation. Photos are sent to Google's API for processing. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Replicate for AI image generation (secondary provider). Photos are sent to Replicate's API for processing. See Replicate's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat for subscription management. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. See Firebase Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We do not retain your photos. Images are processed in real-time and discarded immediately after the transformed result is delivered. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 14 months as per Firebase defaults.

6. Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of the App by contacting us. Since we do not store photos or create user accounts, there is minimal personal data to delete.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
